MVP'S Space - Part 2

Who Is MVP?

Well, here we go again…My name is Monica and I am a third grade teacher in National City. I have been teaching for five years. This is my third semester in the COMET program. I found this program by chance with the help of my good friend Google and the rest is history. So far the program has enlightened me in many ways. It has exposed me to a world of 21st century tech tools that I wouldn’t have known otherwise. It also keeps me guessing and excited. The only experience I have with blogs is what I have done in the Comet program so far. Wiki’s are foreign to me, however I am eager to see what I can do with them. I would like to set-up a blog for my third grade class that they can use continuously throughout the year. Last year I underestimated my kids and parents, thinking that they were not ready, but I learned to let them try. So I would like to have something where it is a classroom space for parents and children. Not sure yet though. Seems like I have already done that with a class page.
